I noticed your indicator seems higher than the depth of water your fishing. How do you keep from snagging? I fished that same hole last year. Water was high, caught a couple on a fly rod
I am a new subscriber to your channel . I have watched all of your videos and have enjoyed them all . I can see all the improvements that have come with practice . I am glad that you took the music out of your videos to me it is very annoying . The sounds of the water and nature is music to my ears . Keep making those great videos . troutman

Did you meet Dave Breitmeier? He runs a lodge and guide service up there. He is legendary with his size 32s. He is a great guy and has that river mastered which is hard to do.

Really enjoyed your video. You tugged at my heart being on "The Lady". I cast my first fly rod on that river 26 years ago. She can be difficult at times and many anglers have been humbled by the trouts weariness. However, the large Browns come out in the evening and through the night on areas where there appears to be no fish during the day. We had a camper parked downstream from the C & R area. Many good memories of our trips. Thank you, and tight lines.

I had a great first experience fly fishing! Mike's a great teacher. He's patient and he knows what he's doing. I'm so impressed how much he knows about the sport. He makes it look so easy. Thanks for teaching me some patience. The video turned out awesome! You're my favorite fly fisherman. 😉
