I have a Zebco 202 and 404 combo that I purchased when my youngest started BSA (he's in college now). We used them once, maybe twice and never really caught anything. Can I just start with one of those? The 202 came with 10 lb line and the 404 came with 15lb line.
You talk a lot about bass; when I was growing up, I would hear people talk about croaker, drum, sheephead, catfish, etc. Should I be avoiding those? What about stuff you get at restaurants: trout, red fish, salmon, cod, snapper, etc.? Are those only ocean fish?
So I had a question relating to bobbers and wacky worms . Are there certain bobbers I have to use with certain baits ? Or can I just go fishing without bobbers and weights and all that?
i was pumped for the app you recommended in the video, but tapping the link and it says that the app is not available in my country, so that's a bummer! i was looking forward to go after some european perch and maybe northern pikes. bass isn't present over here.

You know, both of us have heard of the "yard gar" cigar, but I've yet to hear of the out on the canoe cigar. I've always been in the camp of "smoke what you want when you want", but it would definitely be an interesting conversation in the cigar world.
So, this is true for Utah at least, but if you buy any fishing line at a Sportsman's Warehouse or Cabela's/Bass Pro Shop, they will put that line on your reel for FREE. You just have to ask, and they're happy to do it! Hope that helps some folks. Great content on this page!
