Does no one use bobbers? I always used one as a kid but none of your videos show you using them or talking about them. Also should I have weights on my line? I also remember having weights on my line as a kid but I see no mention of that either.
My dad never taught me how to fish, therefore I never got into it. Now I'm 35 and my 10 year old son wants to learn how to fish. Maybe him and I can break this cycle and he can teach his children and so forth.
Thanks for this series. I have not fished in 50 years when I was a teenager. Three things that I wished you had covered. # 1 What kind of bait to use in which circumstances . # 2 I do not think you covered when and how to use live bait. ( I have not viewed all three parts from start to end so I might have missed that part ) #3 How to gut and fillet the fish for the pan in order to cook it.
Just bought my first rod and reel. An acquaintance of mine who’s a proam fisher gave me some local tips, but these videos are great as well, bc i literally know nothing about
I made it through all three videos, now I'm thoroughly confused, lol just kidding. What a great series, being an old guy with a young son we're gonna learn together. I like the 1% better idea, before I retired and I had to train new guys I'd tell'um "Your job is to suck a little bit less each day" and the majority of them could handle that, so I hope to follow suit. Thanks again.
Everyone is always on a boat. All the tutorials, all the clips. It's very intimidating. That's a very discouraging price barrier for a lot of people like me.
when you only record one channel of audio you can tell the video editing program to make it mono so it plays the audio on both channels and this doesn’t happen
Great videos, thank you. But I would like to see instructional video of taking the hook out of a fish's mouth. I don't know if I missed it, but that would be great to cover! Thanks
I watched this video last night, went and bought my first green pumpkin worm and literally caught my first bass of my adult life😂😂 20 inches long , not sure on the weight! Thanks so much for the tips!
I am getting ready to taking my 6 year fishing for the first time soon. I know nothing about fishing but i want to actively help him with what he is interested in
Love the content, I’ve been relying on your tips and tricks from a kayak angler perspective. I am pivoting from surf fishing and bank angling to fishing for bass off an inflatable kaboat. Any tips on bait and tackle organization or bait color /water color decisions? 😅 I always try to bring everything I’ve got and it doesn’t all fit on the skiff. Thanks again for all the content and congrats and taking the leap as a full time creator.
Great video bro. I hope you'll do more of these and some fishing trips. What i can't stand are the people who take 100 pics of a 10-inch bass. Like they've caught a double digit. Love the tips. We all need to take care of all the different species we fish for. Fresh and salt. 😎 🎣
Great video Wendell is he a mentor or a wise A&@😂😂😂! When I fished for trout I use a Tasmanian devil lure only fished with about 5 different colors. Those 5 was all that I needed that was smoking them, but when I went into sportsman warehouse they had about 100 different colors talk about information overload! Thank you brother for the great tips tight lines take care and God bless.❤❤❤❤
Man what some awesome tips man . I appreciate you doing this video man . I am sharing this video with my 6 boys & my friend who just leaning how to fish 🐟 . Thanks you for sharing this video buddy & happy holidays to you & your family man .
Recently got super addicted to your content recently Wendell. You do a great job and clearly you have always been a natural teacher, I am assuming you were always good at managing others and showing them the way in your fundraising role. I am really looking forward to following along on your content creation journey. One note I wanted to make, which I don't really know if you can fix this, is that some of these videos tend to only work out of one ear. This video was out of one ear, then Guide part 2 was only out of the other ear. Just something I wanted to mention. Love the content and keep it up.

Why is the audio only on the left ear lol

Hello! Thanks for you videos. New beginner here, is live bait a good idea?
Thanks, Wendell! I am.not an absolute beginner, but beginner enough to benefit from your info. New sub! I made it to vid 3! 🎉
Thank you for all the information. Look forward to purchasing your recommended lores and hitting the water!
Just bought my first rod and reel. An acquaintance of mine who’s a proam fisher gave me some local tips, but these videos are great as well, bc i literally know nothing about
So glad I stumbled upon this series. Definitely a confidence boost for the next time I take my son out fishing. Appreciate all you do!
This guy is like the dad I never had
Part three should’ve had both sides of audio 😂 then four should be muted
I love fishing so much I’m going to hookset like Mike Tyson now
Great series of videos. I've been fishing on and off for 40+yrs and it's a great refresher. Subbed. 🇺🇸
So I saw fishing as a boring this but after like 3 years when I went to Florida it just hit and I’m doing so many things to probably start next week!

I AM GOING TO TAKE MORE TUTORIALS . I AM SO EXCITED.

2:54 “hook sets are free” yeah tell that to my missing lures caught on underwater trash😐
I wish I had a family who taught me how to do this on my own, thanking all the people who put videos out like this to help others learn.
Thanks so much for this whole series, it's been really helpful!!!
Where is the deep dive link? I can’t find it on the App Store
Is nimisila a good place to fish for beginners? Been wanting to go out there to fish but dont have much experience.
this guy seems like he'd be a really cool and helpful fishing buddy
Thank You for sharing👍🏾
Do u add weights to your wire
on the wacky rig you dont want to add any type of weight right? its just the hook and the bait?

I've just bought my first fishing rod and I appreciate everything you have shared in this series. thank you for sharing your knowledge!
Its called fishing, not catching. LOL. Love it! Great video series.
Great videos, thank you. But I would like to see instructional video of taking the hook out of a fish's mouth. I don't know if I missed it, but that would be great to cover! Thanks
Viewed all three of your beginner videos. Very helpful. Love your teaching style. Thank you
.

I watched this video last night, went and bought my first green pumpkin worm and literally caught my first bass of my adult life😂😂 20 inches long , not sure on the weight! Thanks so much for the tips!
These are some great videos, thank you for your time! I’ll put this all to use soon!
