Correction! Miami is not the panhandle, that’s North West Florida like Pensacola. My mouth was watering watching your mama eating that fish head. I grew up eating fish with heads on in the Philippines. Love y’all!
There is nothing bad about scallions, soy sauce, ginger and chili oil on anything. Also, fish head cheeks are one of the great delicacies of the world. Lift the side flap and get under there.
Looks like a blast! Gonna try some artificial shrimp on my next outing here in San Diego. Mayhaps I use live shrimp too and see which does best.? Loved the food segment too by the way. Ironically I Love fishing, but not eating fish… I do however love to cook and I think I’m gonna try and recreate your meal.
Side note: I think you two should do a grilling video of your favorite way to prepare a catch. I would definitely be interested since my passion for cooking is really a front to conceal my deeper desire to play with fire and use said fire to make delicious meals 😜
