I tie the grandpa palomar knot to the dismay of many. "It's a grandpa knot it's weak🤡" I got my hook snagged yesterday that was attached to a swivel which was tied onto my line with a Palomar knot. Wanna know what happened? The snivel warped and snapped and I reeled the swivel back in with my knot still in tact. People like to overcomplicate shit for no reason.

There's an easier way to do a looped knot. It's called the looped clinch knot. Way easier than whatever this is.
