I just finished the community center and a good tip is that if you REALLY don't wanna fish (i didn't I'd have mastery if my fishing weren't level 5) the travelling trader sells all the fish you need in for bundles, and your cat if you got one also can give you fish at max friendship. The crab pot bundle can be foraged.

I discovered on the latest version of stardew Valley if you actually don't go fishing at all for a little bit then the fisherman goes up to your door and actually gives you the training fishing rod for free.

How is a lava eel harder to catch than all the legendary fish?
I found out that it's much easier (for me) to use the C button instead of the mouse. Idk why but it's easier to move the fishing bar.
