I am really impressed with this knife>>>allabout.wiki/ueku This is a very flexible blade. Those of you who like a little more stiffness should stay away, but I have managed to clean quite a few fish and I get beautiful fillets. The flexibility is especially nice for taking the skin off. In fact, if I really push it, I can take the skin off while leaving most of the silver skin. That wasn't intentional, I just didn't realize how flexible the blade was when I started.
Are you a fisherman or someone who loves fishing a lot? If yes, then you must have a fillet knife with you. Here are the two most widely used methods for sharpening a fillet knife which will prove to be very useful.
A little expensive for what you get but the no stick is great and not a bad knife for larger fish. I fillet thousands of smaller panfish so my choice is another knife.
Anybody who recommends bubba blade has never used a quality knife, used mine 3 times and gave it away. Blade is to stiff and they do not hold an edge. Rada cutlery for $25 makes a way nicer fillet knife, dont buy this junk
Bubble Blaze handle grip is fantastic but after about two fish the knife is dull meaning the blade was heat treated badly and it's not a great metal for keeping its Edge I have a really nice set of knives of Alaska fillet knives that are fantastic with 440c steel
Hi, I'm looking to get two new knives for filleting anything from redfish, flounder to snappers and some big amberjacks and yellowfin what two would you recommend? thanks in advance.

I went to A Deba knife and never went back. Forget these Chinese made knives get a man made Deba from japan if you want a fillet knife.

Crap from China… bahhh… marketing BS.
False Title! Should read Bubba Knife Advertisement as it has nothing to do with how to select a filet knife.
Nice fish where do you go fishing
What size knife would be good for filleting fish on the flats such as redfish, trout, flounder ect? Thanks 🙂
