Here in the west coast of Florida (tampa bay) it is illegal to use a gill net on mullet. The best way to prepare is to smoke slowly with buttonwood or mangrove
One of the best Bart why?…. because I am an Australian living in France, his accent I miss, Mullet however many Australians are fussy fish eaters because they consider Mullet and Mackeral as' bottom feeders' too bad they are delicious fish, go to Tasmania if you can one day another world for seafood including Abalone I should know why? lol
