Been bass fishing my entire life but there are times where i completely forget some things. I just happened to stumble across your seasonal bass guide and thought id check it out. Now im watching all your series because there are small things that ive completely overlooked or forgotten over the years and that can be the difference in a 30 pound bag and an 8 pound bag. Thanks man for the info and keep it up…you just got a new sub.

I've watched just a few of your vids thus far .. these are just stupid good. Your presentation and preparation in these vids is literally second to none. I'm somewhere above a novice level – thus there wasn't much mind-blowing content in this vid BUT it provides solid, down-to-earth, fundamental information that anyone could use a reminder of from time to time. In today's information overload internet where "likes" and "subscribes" and affiliate links are everything you don't sacrifice the fundamental information the viewer is looking for in pursuit of shock value titles and tactics to try to drive up your subscriber count. We need more people like you creating content on this level.

Yeah last year I caught hella bass (big and small, though more small than big) at this pond and then this year it rained a lot and the water level increased dramatically, now no bites and I fished the whole pond multiple times this week

Of course you are right, but you can use that reproductive instinct too, or at least the protect the nest instinct. There's been times I've caught a female where I'm convinced she was biting because my crank bait was messing with her nest,no other reason.

Great video!  It's nice too see that you are going straight to the basics with these videos, instead of the usual "Buy a rod and reel, then buy different baits and try them" like some guides I've seen. These videos are a great tool for novice anglers!
