what about menaphos? seems to be decent fishing xp. don't know the xp per hour off the top of my head but seems to be worthy of being on here.You do need access to it with some quest.

Just wanted to let you know from my own experience that Priffdinas is not necesarry for the teleports from Grace of the Elves. – With the caveat that you can not re-attune where the teleport goes until you have Priffdinas unlocked.
Hello protoxx. It's story time. So after taking a 2-3 year break, I came back to the game with 90 fishing. Not knowing what was best, I just went to the highest level thing I could catch which was rocktails. I stayed there from 90-99 fishing. This took me roughly a week of non-stop fishing. 3 or 4 days were all-nighters. I made about 50m from it (i forget how much rocktails were at the time but i remember the total) , and that's how i got my money to start PvM. Note: I didn't know juju fishing pots existed, i didnt have the fisherman's outfit, or any exp boosting items.
Adding the rune to the urns can be done via the assist system. So you don't need to have the crafting level requirement, you can just have someone assist you
You can actually use the grace of the elves skilling portal teleports without having prif unlocked. However, you will not be able to change them until you can get into prif

I remember when i was going for 120 fishing at fishing frenzy and my cat wanted to get out of my room when i was so close to beating my streak, i tried to let him out as quick as possible and he ruined my streak! 🙁

one of the biggest thing that sucks in rs is how slow many of the skills are to get to 99………….
