Odd effect, when I created Alchemy potions, the trick seems to work at first, however it revered back to low percentage from the start. I can be the wealthiest citizen in skyrim, yet not manage to have a set high number on items I enchanted be permanent.

I gave myself mental helth enchantments i can not die an whenever i use a restoration potion the helth pool gets even bigger
So using this same method you could cast any school of magic for free by putting a 75,009% reduction to each school on individual equipment
Version 1.9 has patched this glitch. It no longer works

enchant your gauntlets with 1 & 2 handed weapons, that way you have the option to take off the massive damage
Can I use this method with smithing as well ? Any info is appreciated
