I neve use sliver buddy under 15 ft. Then I switch to plastic. But the biggest smallie I ever caught was on the blade bait in the deep like they where saying at 15:00.

Anyway, looks like you guys had a really good day on the river before the Edmund Fitzgerald weather came in on the lake. Damn you guys destroy them. Travis do you have any problems with your casting reels randomly free spooling in that cold weather? All my casting reels do this and I have been trying to find tricks to fix it or a reel that works when it's freezing out.
