I had this put on a custom rod 5 years ago … as it was recommended by the builder…… love the rod as it’s accurate… casts a mile on light sps and hbs …… 1-3 kg 7 ft spin stick .
Why put a small guide in a bigger one, why not jut put a smaller one directly? And that "straightening the line", that's friction and decrease distance.

Just bought a 7’ calamus rod last week and I love it. It’s currently paired up with a sharky 3 right now. I have a couple other last king pole and reel setups too so might buy one of these too
Why do these videos NEVER differentiate the product from the others w/in the KK lineup? Why would I buy this over a calamus? A speed demon pro rod? A Cadet combo? So many damn rods and reels and no guidance whatsoever on how they compare within the brand.
