You wet your hands to prevent thermal shock! Cold water, fish pulled out and handled with warm /hot hands. You scorch the fish or at least thermal shock it, the reverse effect of you jumping into ice cold water. Add that to those who rip the lips getting the hook out and they shouldnt be fishing! Respect your quarry.
We have huge Browns here in Tennessee….Informative, awesome footage and a "Must-Watch" Channel added to my list……I just subscribed to your channel…Keep up the great work and check out my latest videos too
Hi Nice vid and I don’t mind this music under. This stretch is on the Tone is controlled by Taunton Angling Association? I would like to go there for grayling before the closed season. I’ve been today for chub and I had 15 chub to 1.5lb but no grayling.

good video and good to see fish care advice .
the music would be better left for dr who programmes!
So many people don’t know how to handle fish.
Not really into river fishing but want to try to fly fish in the sea nice vide I going to subscribe
Try stating the breed of fish for us just chilling out with a spliff watching geezers fishing, but know fuck all about it.
Great video. I'm all about compassion for the fish which obviously suffer for our sport, but the less so, the better. R.
I may have missed it, but what size road, what weight line and leader? What size flies? Key info. Other than that, a decent vid!
Would love to have you look at the new Stillwater Fly Fishing app, it was ranked #2 for 2018 next to Orvis' app, lease review it here, https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/stillwater-fly-fishing/id1338413965?mt=8
Excellent video but lose the robotic music. The sound of the running water is enough.
Seem very professional
Классная рыбалка!👍👍👍
Awesome!
I think what defines big trout has changed a lot in the last decade or so, even relative to the size of the stream those were not big trout.
Wawww
The tit of a presenter, seemed to not want to show his decent trout or grayling, but faffs around with little one at the end??
Nice video, what length of rod would be good on a river that size ?
Nice looking river…..I know Huish Champflower, is it near there? You people in the West Country have some nice hidden gems to fish there.

I think you need to weigh a few fish if you estimate that grayling at two to three pounds! It's still a great fish from a tiny river.
Brilliant video but the stupid sound effects and music, ha way man!
Did someone have an epileptic fit in the sound effects editing of this vid?

Great video and great advice which I will put into practice next time I go fishing. Thank you
Great video, excellent small stream advice from guide. Great job, well done!
Inappropriate music. but otherwise interesting for a non fisherman.
Dry flies and floating line and leader is pretty much a standard set up is it?
what size rod are you using in this type of river?? what setup would be perfect for this big river?? 😉
