That is some fantastic steelhead fishing! Nice! I envy the stream access laws in Oregon. In Wyoming, if you touch the river bottom in an area like that, it’s trespassing.

Nice job guys, Bmac you got it going. Last year you caught 2 big ones too. The reason they are letting them go is that they are a native fish. Meaning the little fin on the back. If they have one they have to let it go. If it is cut off, its a hatchery fish and they are able to keep them. Good job guys, great video.
Tell me aren’t you guys allowed to keep these fish you catch, I was under the impression that they were good to eat. Sorry if this sounds dumb but when we fish over here we can keep whatever we catch, I will always return any if they are small etc, but most of the fish we catch are great to eat so we do. There are bag limits on most species. The reason I am asking is that you rarely see anyone ever keeping the fish they catch. Anyway love your vids keep them coming

I miss my favorite salmon and steelhead waters in Washington and Oregon. Now I am down here in Arizona stuck with catfish 😩
