Is it really possible to 3-tick fish while fletching darts too? I could fletch darts when I dropped to 4-tick fishing.
0: Fish
0.5: Darts
1: Feathers
1.5: Tar
2: Herb
2.5 Drop
The above doesn't work for me, but this does.

0.5: Rest
1: Rest
1.5: Darts
2: Feathers
2.5: Tar
3: Herb
3.5 Drop
Obviously 4-tick fishing isn't as good as 3-ticking, even if you are getting fletching xp. How do other people do it?

I do it the SAME EXACT WAY and don't break 50k per hour. this is bullshit.
not working for me, I can 3 tick iron just fine with the herb tar method but this shit is cancer and is not working 70% of the time.
