The problem is fishing games are too niche for any really serious developers and passionate fisherman to actually bring the feeling you get fishing..into a game… theres all kinds of fishing games out there for mobile..there's a few for PC and they seem to be popping up a little more and more…but Fishing Planet is a cash grab..despite all its simulator qualities…it doesn't really capture the feeling you get when you're out fishing…people don't want to buy licenses in a damn game..they want to explore an open world and toss a line where they see fit with no restrictions…Fishing Planet is a bust (as an avid fisherman myself)….then this game here has the right idea and feels like it could be better 'feeling' wise with being more open…but unfortunately looks very amateur and clunky…
I'm still waiting for a day that a true fishing simulator comes out that gives you that lets you explore beautiful lakes..catch fish realistically and not slap on stupid restrictions like 'spawn points' and hiding fishing spots behind digital licenses
Played a bit last night and immediately enjoyed the freedom of no crazy expenses , no expiring licenses , no massive grinding , no sucking you dry economy system. None of the issues that plagues both RF 4 and Fishing Planet. Very fun and relaxing game. And looking at their roadmap for next year it's going to get very good.
quite a boring intro. I wanted to see some gameplay from the game, not hear your thoughts about the licenses or crap like that for the first 5 minutes. Thats why i voted negative
Nice video KpShamino. This game is not so bad, but im not going to buy it for 16$….fishing planet or russian fishing 4 is much better and they are free to play.
Hey KP, the boat you pointed out at Level 3 is called a "Cigarette Boat". They were originally used as racing boats, however, fishermen then started to modify them for fishing due to the fact that they were very, very fast and could get them to their fishing spots and back faster and gave them more time to fish before heading back for turn in. I know they are used a lot in off shore fishing tournaments, but I am unsure if they are used in fresh water environments. It's interesting that that type of boat would be presented on a lake. But then again, it's a game and they may be giving you something fast and fun to use.
i mean, "licenses=0" so for me at least it seems like you will need to get licenses either for every trip or for an amount of time i don't know man, seems tricky.
I literally never catch anything or get any bites at Betty Lake no matter what I use
Hi Kpshamino . How could i get my profile at current Computer. Because i purchase new one and want to move profile. THankx
