She is gorgeous, congrats!! I have never tried any of those expensive swimbaits, I do have some regular soft plastic 6" swimbaits but the only way I have caught any was in the winter and I put it on a weedless 1/2oz jig and I fished it like a jig, lol. ☮
Nice catch my personal best is a 10lber large mouth bass ive seen some pushing 20lbs in my home town in NJ where I lived on a private lake I had a monster take my bluegill an only thing left on the hook was the lips of the bluegill I wasnt even trying to bass fish at the time.
