I'm just getting into fly fishing…. but I seem to not want to fish in front of others… I don't like being judges for the way I do things.. great video tho some really amazing fish!!
Fishing is the single greatest sport ever created. Trout are some of the most beautiful animals ever created. Montana is the single greatest place in the world. I'm currently going into cardiac arrest due to how perfect this video is.
Love this video and trout fishing, I live in kansas and don't get to do any real trout fishing. We do get pond stocked trout fishing but I don't consider it the same. We use yellow power bait and meps spoons to catch them. This summer when I was fishing for some pumpkin seed my wife tied me a fly out of our dogs hair, it actually caught most of my bait. We were going to the river for some flat head fishing.
Nice vid JB! ive made that same trip to fly fish that same stretch by craig. caught my first trout on a fly there. those bows dont give quite the exciting fight a king or steelie does, but the scenery sure beats downtown Grand rapids:)

I'm trying to get my buddy who owns the drifter that we did the night fishing vid with a few weeks back to take me out again mousin'. He's got the night time mouse bite down to a science. Tough to film in the dark, but giant fish.

Yeah, that's plenty. I use a 5wt most of the time.
would a 5-6 wt rod and line work for trout? i live in michigan so the creek trout don't get too big.
