we have been boycotting bc since the twenty dollar a day fee on top of your licence per water .we will ask alberta to put one on our waters to stop bc guides from guiding in alberta to get around the fees for there clients!

You can do it, but you cant run. you have to move very slowly.. usually you can get suckers like that… the slow bastards.
