Salutations Hank, I have been losing lots of flies using your casting technique using 6x tippet. I'm thinking of switching to 50lb power pro as a braid as the Cuttybrowns I fish for aren't very leader shy. What I find is more effective than skating the fly is casting the flies to the other bank or in a tree and having fish jump out of the water to eat my fly.

The real reason you' re telling everyone to snap it is because you want their powerbait to fly off. That's right. I know the secret of the, so called, "guides." $250 a day for someone to say, "There's one" and "Better luck next time," when I can get 4 oz. of the good stuff for 100 bucks. I guarantee I'm better then any guide. I always get a limit , and maybe a couple more, before I have to run from the game warden and I do it every single time I hit the hatchery. Sell it to someone else noob.
