I only Fish on the bank and i Personally Prefer to get the fish to the Ground and Gently pin him down with my Knee behind the head and remove the Hook. Awesome tips!
Let's be real even a cheap lifetime kayak opens up a lot of opportunities. Might not be the most stable. And an oar can be clunky but you'll still be able to get to fishing more spots.

I live in Central Oregon and didn’t catch a single fish, but I did manage to catch a giant snail 😂 I was not discouraged though, I used the time to practice throwing my line.

The worm in your thumbnail is rigged incorrectly. The eyelet, knot and tag end must be covered by the worm to prevent damage and weed accumulation. Smh.
