Fishing will die and fade away after the event if they dont put things in the loot table that people actually want.. There is nothing in the current table that makes sense… "NOTHING"

The event is good if you're looking for a new pet (the goldfish one is really nice once awakened) and makes upgrading to A9 VERY cheap. It's worth it in some aspects but, if you're beyond that point then it's purely "something else" to do instead of AFK in Mushin's tower, lagging up the place with your uselessness.

Did you make a video of the Khanda Vihar quest? Because i have to do a quest "To Khanda Vihar" (its a blue quest not the orange one) but I can't find it!
You really skipped out on a major part of the event. You need the pearls to use with the fish that you need to buy the fish oils to reduce the cost of upgrading your weapon by half.
I think of it as some kinda martial arts inner turmoil coping mechanism, Instead of cooking pizza on a cliff by the raging ocean or making ramen on top of an active volcano, we…..fish! xD
only really cost ~2.25g. Only need 75 bait (225/3) IF you don't fail fishing.
and should only take about 18-19 minutes (~15 sec per fish).
I recommend you put sound effect all the way up. Drag bait onto hotbar (I put mine on 6 key) and watch something else or multitask and whenever you hear the water splash effect, press F and then 6. Rinse and Repeat. Easy efficient braindead way to fish.
Although, rewards are not looking worth unless you have a lot of time to spend doing nothing.
I only fish to get enough pearls for event and then stop.
